Well done to those who tackled the Stormforce 10 yesterday. It was great to be racing again and seeing lots of familiar faces:Four of us ran. Here are the results:

Another missive from from your loving Chairman and coach.The pandemic has played havoc with the club meets, races and other events. I know it’s still going on but, with luck, we shall see a positive change in the near future. In the past we functioned very well as a club with 20/30 members out and 3/4 groups for training. It would be very gratifying to come together as a club again and regain some of the BRR spirit which we used to have. It would be a great shame to see the club wither on the vine and the only way we can prevent it from doing so is to come together and have some great training sessions again.Let me know of your thoughts. Its that time to start thinking about what you want to achieve with your running this year. Now that the new Grand Prix season is about to begin, perhaps you might like to do as many of these races as possible, or all of those over ten miles for instance. The MTRS has eight races; can you do all of these? Perhaps you are going for distance; set a target to achieve by December 31st. Whatever you want to do this year, set targets now – and stick to your schedules. If you need help with this, just shout.
